Abstract

The review of the thesis presented here is titled "The Social Construction of a Substance Addict." The authorship belongs to Nicolás Andrés Carrizo and Juan Carlos Lucero. This undergraduate thesis represents the final work for the Bachelor's degree in Sociology (Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of San Juan). The supervision and co-supervision of the thesis were carried out by the professors of the Department of Sociology, Nancy Elizabeth Gómez and Sandra Mónica Lambiase[1]. Given the pandemic situation that academic activities also had to face, the thesis was defended in a virtual format on December 9, 2020, before the evaluation committee and in the presence of departmental authorities, teachers, colleagues, and family members of the thesis authors
