Construir memorias democráticas Acerca de las visitas educativas a un lugar de memoria de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires

Abstract
In recent years, the idea has expanded that the former CCDTyE have a particular pedagogical value by preserving the marks of the past and by promoting the construction of democratic meanings in a different present, advocating for a more just and promising future. In this way, the property of several of the former CCDTyE; battlefields; penal colonies, etc. They become itineraries and places for walks, to be visited by curious people, tourists and students. Particularly, in this work we will address the pedagogical dimension of these places of memory and we will take as a case the former CCDTyE Virrey Cevallos, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The aim is to interpret what the practice is like inside this site of memory, that is: what past is narrated and through what devices, who visits it and what their subsequent sensations are. To this end, the use of online and offline ethnography is planned as a tool to interpret some digital resources (social networks, websites, etc.); participant observation, photographic tour of the facilities and in-depth interviews.
