Work and Youth The graduates of the schools the techniques of San Juan and their different modalities of labor insertion
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to communicate the rst results of the
research developed within the framework of the Natio-
nal Institute of Technical Education of the Ministry of
Education and Sports of the Nation (INET), during 2017-
2018, on the career paths of young graduates of tech-
nical secondary education in the province of San Juan.
A survey was carried out that points to the analysis of
the training trajectories and the insertion sequences of
graduates. For this, the use of qualitative and quantita-
tive methodology has been combined, through surveys
and in-depth interviews that allow the reconstruction of
the biography of young graduates, emphasizing the for-
mal training processes and their work experiences.
The categories of analysis that support this analysis are:
Training and labor trajectories and labor insertion. In
this regard, a theoretical framework is developed with
the main concepts and then an analysis with research
ndings is addressed. Finally, we conclude with the idea
of constructing a Territorial Mapping as a reference tool
that facilitates the visualization of itineraries, linearities,
continuities and discontinuities of the trajectories in the
labor insertion.
