Abstract
Ni unx Menos San Juan is an assembly that was born on June 3, 2015, with massive mobilizations against femicides as an extreme form of patriarchal violence in Argentina. Throughout these years the assembly continues to convene for each date on the feminist agenda, the international strikes of 8M, the 25N day against sexist violence, the handkerchiefs as part of the green tide and other significant dates. On March 8, 2022, after a massive march, the Government of the Province of San Juan, instructed by the Heritage Administration, decided to criminalize four human rights defenders and representatives of local feminisms and transfeminisms, under the accusation of damage to heritage. public. This contribution is one of the actions we carry out to vindicate protest and freedom of expression, affirming that criminalization is public political violence, because it was exercised by the provincial State, for gender reasons.
