Abstract

This article exposes the central points contained from prop 2.01 to prop 2.063 of the book Tractatus logico-philosophicus by Ludwig Wittgenstein. After the exposition of the proposals, comments will be made that will be taken from the perspective of different readers of the work. Before starting with the explanation of the corresponding propositions, a pause will be made to clarify the concept object, since in Wittgenstein its use is somewhat problematic. This is done to avoid any confusion in the explanation of the first propositions. However, the concept will not be clarified in its entirety at the beginning, but a preliminary explanation of it will be given, since it will be dealt with in greater depth in later propositions. Then we will proceed to explain how the objects are related in the world and what function they fulfill in the states of affairs, so that we can continue with the complete explanation of the objects. We will proceed to describe the difference between states of affairs and facts, for which everything said in the text must be taken into account. Finally, we will try to expose points of view by Wittgenstein readers regarding the concept object. The clarification of the concept of object will allow us to have a panoramic view of the entire book and the concepts that will be handled in it. For this reason, it is very important to have this concept completely clear before starting to read the Tractatus Logico-Philosophico.
