Abstract
The present work has as main objective to problematize around of the process "becoming" in the work of Aristotle in order to reach certain considerations that allow revealing the importance that for the disciple of Plato acquires the metaphysical reflection in front of the material things that surround us starting from the central problem, how they generate? For this we intend to establish the demarcation of some concepts to develop such as subject, form, matter and genesis that, in the end, will give us enough tools to rehabilitate Aristotelian work in fields other than metaphysics itself.
